Here is a layout I made using one of the borders:

I used one of the border templates on top of my layout, and opened a new copy of the border template, flipped it, and used it at the bottom of the page. These templates are really so easy to use and the .TIFF, .PNG, .PSD and .PAGE files are provided, compatible with most image editing applications.
